NUNO DUARTE GOMES, ELETRICIDADE E SEGURANÇA, LDA, a company dedicated to the design, installation and maintenance of low and medium voltage electrical installations and telecommunications; refurbishment of commercial and residential spaces; marketing, installation and maintenance of fire safety products and equipment; and design, maintenance and installation of private security systems, considers quality as a decisive factor for the company's competitiveness and continuity.

 

 

In this regard, NDG Management decided to implement and certify the quality management system in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

 

To that end, NDG has adopted a Quality Policy centered on:

  • To satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers by providing products and services with a good quality/price ratio and within the established deadlines;

  • To develop the satisfaction, motivation, and engagement of all its employees;

  • Comply with all legal, regulatory, and other requirements applicable to the company's products, services, and activities.

 

Continuously improve the effectiveness of your Quality Management System by defining and monitoring quality objectives and process indicators, and by constantly tracking their performance.
